SHIPPING STRATEGY

At Night Star Offroad, we work with multiple freight solutions to provide the best option possible for your shipment. This often means the solution that best fits the circumstance evolves due to factors such as service and price in a seemingly short time span. We cannot be certain at the time of your order what that solution is, thus the commitment we make is that at the time of your order shipping and this decision is made, you will receive an electronic communication with the tracking number and solution provided.

SHIPPING TIME

15-35 days for different categories in the United States and Canada, 5-18 days for different categories in the Middle East, 20-35 days for different categories in the Australia.

FREIGHT SHIPPING NOTICE

In order for your product to arrive in good condition, Night Star Offroad’s shipping department strives to assure your products are adequately packaged and secured when they leave our facility. Please be sure that when you receive your items you inspect for damages and notify us immediately should your product arrive damaged. Please take photos as they will be needed for Night Star Offroad to file a claim with the freight company, if the damage is due to carrier handling.

PLEASE INSPECT SHIPPING DAMAGE

Night Star Offroad make our best effort to get your products to you in a timely fashion. We ask that you, our customer, review your order within 7 days. Check to be sure all parts have arrived and are correct. Please help us to help you, should there be discrepancies, damaged, or missing parts. We want you to get your product installed as quickly as possible so you can enjoy your outdoor adventure. Issues not reported within 7 days of arrival date may not be eligible for refund or replacement.

PAYING DUTY AND/OR TAXES ON IMPORTED GOODS

The duty rates vary according to the type of goods you are importing and the country from which they came or were made in. Depending on the goods or their value, some other taxes may apply, such as excise duty or excise tax on luxury items. Usually, we include taxes and fees in the transportation cost.
